Beatutiful Poolvilla with great Veranda

Very spacious and luxury pool villa with view over the ocean. The villa is located on Koh Yao Noi east side on a hillside in a nice garden with views over the famous limestone formation of PhangNga bay. The beach, restaurants and shops can be reached within walking distance within 5-10 min. Please note that the photos are a little outdated, the villa has been enlarged by a welcome-house and a guest-room and there is much more ‘green’ all around.

Exvlusive use

Rental of whole house (master bedroom, guest bedroom, all bathrooms, living room, sala, pool, etc) for exclusive use. If you book the exclusive use, you may use the sala as bedroom as well, which allows a stay for up to 10 people!

Shared use

Rental of one bedroom and bathroom, shared use of general rooms like kitchen, living room, etc with other guests.

  • 1 large bedroom (25m2) with king-size bed, which is possible to be equipped with an additional bed.
  • 1 regular bedroom (21m2) with king-size bed.
  • 1 sala (50m2) that can be equipped with up to two doubble-beds for up to 4 adults.
